De hát egy hete már bejelentettük a To Øl-t, hogy is van ez? Ezt írtuk, csak a rend kedvéért:
"2018-ban a To Øl az első 5 meghívott sörfőzdénk között volt, és ők voltak az elsők, akik azonnal igent mondtak, amikor még szinte senki sem hitt az álmunkban. 2023-ban is meghívtuk őket To Øl City néven, így itt volt itt egyben a To Øl az Æblerov és a Læsk is... Egy olyan világban, ahol az egyetlen állandó dolog a változás, azért fontos, hogy legyenek fix dolgaink is, ezért úgy döntöttünk, hogy a dán csapat nem lehet teljes nélkülük idén sem!!! Sam a főző csapatból érkezik, hogy tolja a söröket, illetve a beszélgetéseket és persze, hogy ő is jól érezze magát. Veletek együtt!!!"
Ugye nem gondoltátok, hogy a BPBW 2024 | Budapest Beer Week /// Tasting Sessionsre csak egy To Øl-t hozunk idén? Áh. Fullba a kraftot, most is így toljuk, jön a To Øl CPH is, egyenesen a BRUS-ból. Ugye ez volt az eredeti koppenhágai brewpubja a márkának 2016 óta, erről a kísérletezős helyről indult világhódító útjára a To Øl City is, itt akartak ugyanis először koktélokat, kombuchákat, töményeket is csinálni a sörökön túl persze... Aztán épült ezekre külön-külön üzemrész, meg nagy főzde, de a BRUS megmaradt annak ami, mi pedig természetesen a To Øl égisze alatt innen is hozunk söröket egy hónap múlva!!!
Well, we have announced To Øl a week ago, what is happening now? We wrote these lines to be precise:
"Back in 2018 To Øl was among the first 5 breweries we invited and they were almost the first ones who immediately said yes when almost no one believed in our dream. In 2023 we also invited them as To Øl City, so they were here as To Øl and Æblerov and Læsk... In a world, where the only constant thing is change, it's important to stay true to some things we can all hold on to, so we decided that the Danish team wouldn't be complete without them again!!! Sam from the brew team is coming from Copenhagen to pour beers, have the chats and raise hell at BPBW 2024 Budapest Beer Week."
You didn't think we'd only bring one To Øl to Budapest Beer Week this year, did you? Nah son, we're going full craft. #nevergofullcraft Here comes To Øl CPH as well, straight from BRUS. This was the original Copenhagen brewpub for the brand since 2016, and it was from this experimental space where To Øl City as a concept started its world conquest, as it was here where they had the ambition to make cocktails, kombuchas, and spirits in addition to beers, of course... We all know the rest of the story, they built separate facilities for all this and so, but BRUS is still what it is, and of course we will be bringing beers from here too under the To Øl umbrella in a month!!!

Hogy miért találhat otthonra a kézműves sörben ennyi sehova sem igazán illő extrém karakter, annak talán az lehet az oka, hogy ez az iparág - közhely, de leírjuk - temérdek bátorságot, merészséget és makacsságot igényel (nem hétköznapi erények vezetnek nem hétköznapi megoldásokhou), de ez csak a mi elméletünk persze, a korlátlan Dürer Kertes kóstolónapokon megbeszélhetitek ti is velük mindezt... Az ipáik híre már rég eljutott ide, most pedig végre ők is jönnek személyesen Budapestre pár nap múlva!!!

LONG LIVE THE KONIG 👑👑👑 Basqueland Brewing
After 2019, 2022 and 2023 Basqueland Brewing is coming back for the 4th time to Budapest in 2024!!! Elliott Konig of Basqueland is a BPBW veteran (been rocking with us since 2018), he's one of those guys, like Mario from The Garden Brewery, we just don't feel comfortable doing a festival without him. Real recognizes real (and you'll recognize that happy face for sure)! We'll all have a happy face indeed, when these balanced, thick and juicy New England Ipas will hit the glasses... We still think about getting some of their table beers, like Kölsch, Helles or Blonde Ale, or maybe we'll go for some of the more twisted Salted Caramel Frapuccino Pastry stuff, or everything. Anything goes. Long story short, we should soon make up our minds and so should you!!!
27 days to go till we kickstart the week itself and we really count on you and your friends at the all-you-can-taste sessions on Friday and Saturday!
2019, 2022 és 2023 után 2024-ben már negyedik alkalommal tér vissza Budapestre a Basqueland!!! Elliott Konig meg hát egy igazi BPBW veterán (2018 óta tolja velünk), ő is azok közé az arcok közé tartozik, mint Mario a Gardentől, aki nélkül egyszerűen nem szívesen csinálunk fesztivált, de nem akarunk ennyire insiderek lenni, tényleg fel fogjátok sokan ismerni! Ha meg mást nem, akkor a fullos-cuccos-ködös ipákat ismeritek majd fel... Még gondolkodunk azon, hogy hozzuk valamelyik vedelős sörüket is, Kölsch, Helles, Blonde Ale, vagy inkább valami sóskaramellás-frapuccino-pastry cuccot inkább, vagy mindent, sok időnk meg már nincs, hamarosan döntenünk kell, ahogy nektek is!!!

Dublin rockstars RASCALS seemed to have a huge impact on everyone here, it's still the talk of the town after last year's BPBW appearance, so we invited them back for another round. Let's celebrate their 10th birthday together at BPBW 2024 | Budapest Beer Week /// Tasting Sessions raising a toast (or two) with their highly crushable pale ales and super fun fruited sours!!! Josh is the ultimate chatty guy, so get ready for some quality small talk with your beers.

Jöttek, csapoltak, hódítottak. A dublini rocksztárok azért hatással voltak itt sokakra, a tavalyi első BPBW-jük nem egy emberben hagyott maradandó nyomot, így újra táncba hívtuk őket. Ünnepeljük együtt a 10. születésnapjukat a pénteki és szombati korlátlan kóstolónapokon, koccintsunk egyet (vagy kettőt) a vedelhető laza pale ale-jeikkel, vagy a játékos savanyúikkal!!! Today's brewery announcement comes from Poland, and in 5 weeks we will be preparing for the first unlimited tasting session on the riverbanks under the hot Budapest sun! Another new brewery in the history of BPBW since 2018, but still not our last international announcement (and not much has been said about domestic breweries either, well, not yet). Overwhelmingly fruited sours and full-bodied neipas are the hallmarks-benchmarks-teethmarks of this experimental brewery, with a steady stream of small batches since 2016, so THE PROMISE LAND has finally come!!! Or will come. Just a few more days...
